Thanks

This was a thank you gift for my counselor, given to her on our last session. Ever since being diagnosed with depression back in December, she's helped me come very far in terms of learning how to deal with other people and changing my thought process. She helped me learn how to keep my head a little higher and hope for the better, rather than always expecting the worst to happen. I can't thank her enough for helping me.

Of course, I'm not completely out of the hole yet, and going off to college this August is not going to be easy. I won't let depression get the better of me.
